What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Our warehouse team moves incredibly fast to get your gear shipped. If you need to modify a size or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be changed, but you can easily utilize our returns portal once it arrives.
Do you offer digital gift cards?
Yes. F Bomb digital gift cards are delivered instantly via email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and never expire—the perfect gift for the golfer in your life.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package's journey right to your door.

Do you ship golf apparel to Canada and the USA?
Yes, F Bomb proudly ships our premium golf clothing across all provinces in Canada and all 50 states in the USA. We partner with top-tier carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 (CAD/USD depending on your region). For orders under $150, a flat-rate shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your exact location.
Will I be charged duties or customs fees?
For our Canadian customers, orders ship domestically so there are no surprise duties. For our USA customers, orders under $800 USD are generally exempt from import duties under the de minimis threshold. Any applicable local taxes are calculated transparently at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your proximity to our distribution centers. Need it faster? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout that deliver in 2-3 business days.

Is your golf apparel true to size?

- Polos & Tops: Athletic, tailored fit. They run true to size, but if you prefer a looser, relaxed fit for a wider swing radius, we highly recommend sizing up one size.
- Bottoms: True to size with built-in stretch waistbands for comfort on the back nine.

How does the custom design process work?
We make outfitting your team effortless. The process is simple:
- Submit Your Request: Fill out our custom order form with your logo and requirements.
- Digital Mockups: Our design team provides digital proofs within 48 hours.
- Approval & Payment: Review the designs, approve the final look, and submit payment.
- Production & Delivery: We embroider or print your gear and ship it directly to your clubhouse or office.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
To ensure the highest quality and competitive pricing, our custom embroidery and printing services require a minimum order of 24 units per logo design. You can mix and match sizes and colors within those 24 units.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time for custom golf apparel is 3 to 4 weeks from the date of final artwork approval and payment. If you have a specific tournament date approaching rapidly, let us know—rush options may be available.

How to Wash Golf Polos
Always wash your performance polos in cold water with like colors. Turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the outer fabric and any printed logos. Never use bleach or fabric softeners, as they destroy the moisture-wicking properties of the technical fabric.
Drying & Ironing
For best results and longevity, hang dry your polos and pullovers. If you must use a dryer, tumble dry on the lowest heat setting possible. Our fabrics are naturally wrinkle-resistant. Do not iron directly on any printed logos or silicone patches.
Hat & Headwear Care
Never machine wash your golf hats. The agitation will ruin the structure of the crown and brim. Instead, spot clean sweat stains using a soft-bristled brush (like an old toothbrush), mild soap, and warm water. Rinse gently and let air dry completely before wearing.
